What the client asked for

The team and customers at The Lanes were in need of both their male and female toilets refurbished to create a welcoming space for all to use. They got in touch with us after seeing the work we’ve done for similar projects and knew exactly the type of thing they wanted!

The Lane had grown out of their old washrooms and needed a space which can be used frequently throughout the day and made up of high-quality equipment and a modern aesthetic which won’t go out of style. We know that, like every project we work on, every inch of these washrooms needs to be perfect as there will be so many people using them. Their business needed something with a premium style while ensuring that we were within budget but not impacting functionality.

What Inspired Washrooms achieved

Our washroom design team were able to create a few different ideas and designs for this project so that we could present a range of options for the space available. Once both ends of the project had agreed on the final design, we got to work! From gutting the existing washroom to the final finishing touches, our teams loved the process of working on this toilet refurbishment and couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We managed to design and install a space which is modern, usable and fits into the surrounding environment. We stuck with a neutral colour palette to create a warm, open feel and paired this with a few dark wood effects ( a design scheme which will last a lifetime ). The washrooms were made up of our signature vanity units, toilet cubicles, and urinals plus a more open-plan finish to avoid crowded spaces.

Toilet Cubicles

One of the main parts of any washroom fit out or refurbishment is the toilet cubicle. An area which requires privacy, hygiene, space and user-friendly solutions. These toilet cubicles were designed and installed with all these elements in mind and came together to create an area for customers and staff to use multiple days throughout the day. The toilet cubicles were installed with a high-quality water system, IPS units push flushes and signature door locks.

Neutral walls and flooring

The Lanes washroom was designed with a neutral colour scheme throughout, a popular choice for a range of industries and businesses as this can be used in any environment and will stay stylish for many years. We opted for light and dark browns, silver and white hardware and grey. These materials and panels were also accompanied by our high quality IPS integrated systems, ideal for public washrooms where health and safety is a priority. These units conceal any plumbing or electrics to keep the space neat and tidy but also safe for use.

The whole team at Insired Washrooms and The Lanes were super happy with the outcome of this project. We managed to create a space which looks timeless and high quality but on a lower budget. The colour schemes worked togethet perfectly and we loved all the extra touches such as the mirror and lighted ceiling.
