What the school wanted

The team over at Castlefort JMI School wanted a vibrant upgrade for their male and female toilet cubicles. After contacting us and addressing their wants and needs, we worked together to design and build a youthful, modern and functional space within their school.

Starting with a clean canvas, the main aim of this project was to transform their old, lifeless toilets into a colourful place which reflects the children and overall feel of the school. Once both sides of the project were happy with the designing and layout, the team decided it would be best to get brand new fixtures and start fresh! After something practical yet stylish, the team of designers and engineers knew exactly what to do! With plenty of experience in School Toilet Refurbishments, we had a variety of ideas and light bulb moments, meaning there were plenty of briefs to choose from.

What we achieved

Just like many of our other clients, this school had a strong vision of having a vibrant space for students, staff and visitors. After deciding upon a few different looks, Inspired Washrooms and the school came up with an approach that was the most child friendly, making a huge difference to their environment and community feel.

Our team is also flexible with working hours and understand the need to keep area’s clean and safe, considering not just the washrooms but the rest of the school also.

Emphasising the use of bold, exciting colours with a mix of bright and tonal areas, this set of toilets is both simple and stimulating. We created a playful space of cubicles and vanity units, complete with staple silver hardware and practical yet modern flooring. Featuring our signature splash silhouette mirrors for a child like touch, the toilets also come with modern features which make break times and toilet breaks easy.

School Toilet Cubicles

Offering extended years of experience, the team understand a school project must meet the needs of a range of people. Whilst the client have access to a variety of modern features, we are all ears when it comes to what you need for your pupils. Some of the special additions we added to Castlefort JMI School were : easy bar locks on the cubicle doors, contactless flushes, toilet size and floor space plus covid safety products.

Vanity Units And Signature Mirrors

As well as the cubicles, the vanity units in this project also had to have a common theme running throughout, making the whole space a place of cleanliness and enjoyment.

Featuring our popular splash mirrors and urban colour scheme, the vanity units designed come with an all in one sink area, spill trims and ergonomic measurements in mind. The sink also has touch-less taps installed to offer high hygiene and an eco friendly option. These child friendly taps come to an automatic stop, ideal for school toilets and young children. The toilets have also been equipped with soap dispensers and hand dryers for both practicality and cleanliness.
